Our bespoke strapmaking tools are designed and manufactured by Bear Industries, the Lincolnshire-based fabricator renowned for making custom products.
Each precision-engineered tool is used for different steps of the process including cutting, burnishing and embossing.
The handmade leather watch strap is produced in-house and undergoes strict quality checks to ensure long-lasting design.
The Nº 1905 handmade leather watch strap uses Argentinian-sourced buffalo hide.
The rich colour of these 9 to 10 ounce double shoulders, which is applied during the tanning process, goes completely through the hide.
The result is a glazed leather with exquisite beauty, that will uniquely mould itself to your wrist over time.
The watch band has been designed and manufactured to fit a 24mm lug width with an overall thickness of 4 – 5mm.
It is embossed with the WT Author trademark and is finished with a silver-tone stainless steel buckle.
