We regret to inform you that our workshop is now closed.

However, we want to assure you that your watch can still be expertly serviced.

Our timepieces are built with commonly available movements and standard dimension watch straps and components.

This means that any reputable independent watch repairer will be well-equipped to handle servicing and repairs.

As of 29th March 2025, WT Author has ceased all sales, repairs and servicing of its watch products following the sale of its remaining stock to a third party. We now operate exclusively as a design studio and no longer manufacture, distribute or support any previously sold products.

Accordingly, WT Author disclaims any and all liability related to past purchases, including but not limited to product defects, warranties, repairs and maintenance. Any existing warranties or service agreements previously offered by WT Author are no longer valid. Customers seeking servicing or repairs for their watches will need to consult independent third-party providers at their own discretion and expense.

Please be aware that any watches purchased from third-party sellers are acquired at the buyer’s discretion, and WT Author is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or performance of such products.
