If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging.
This option is available for 14 days after delivery.
You may also use the cancellation form template found below, but it is not obligatory.
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.
As a small company, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services, while also ensuring the sustainability of our operations.
One aspect of our return policy that we would like to clarify is the requirement for customers to cover the cost of postage when returning goods.
We understand that this may seem unconventional compared to some larger companies that offer free return shipping.
However, we wanted to shed light on the reasoning behind this decision.
As a small company, we carefully consider every aspect of our business to ensure we can offer high-quality products at affordable prices.
Our pricing structure is designed to be fair and competitive, taking into account factors such as manufacturing costs, overhead expenses, and customer service.
By allocating the cost of return postage to the customer, we are able to keep our prices as low as possible, making our products accessible to a wider range of customers.
Moreover, we believe in sustainability and reducing our environmental impact.
By asking customers to bear the cost of return postage, we hope to encourage thoughtful decision-making and discourage unnecessary returns.
This helps us minimise waste, lower carbon emissions associated with return transportation and ultimately contribute to a more sustainable future.
We will always endeavour to try and repair your watch to the same specification as when it was bought.
However, due to the limited numbers of each watch and their components, it is not always possible to replace exact parts.
We will therefore repair or replace parts as close as we can to the original watch.
If a brand new watch is damaged or lost in transit, we will aim to replace it with the same watch, but with a new case back number.
If a serviced or repaired watch is damaged or lost in transit, we will aim to replace it with the same watch, but with a new case back number, or a similar watch with the equivalent value.

Right To Cancel
Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them.
You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods.
You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them.
The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this order by a clear statement, before returning the goods to us (email, phone or letter). You may use the below model cancellation form as a guide, but it is not obligatory.

We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation by email without delay.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a reimbursement.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and it will be your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately insured, and proof of postage is obtained, as should the goods be lost, stolen or damaged, it would be your responsibility up until we receive the goods.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Any marks of wear and tear, or damage will result in no refund being given, or us making a deduction for diminishing the value.

Faulty Goods
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.
We will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period we will offer you a prompt repair service (This normally takes up to 10 working days) In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ”as new” condition, complete with any accessories.
If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us to discuss how we can assist.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights. details of your legal rights are available from trading standards or citizens advice consumer service.

Second Hand Sales
Unfortunately we are unable to honour warranties on items bought outside of our own channels (exhibitions, online store, Amazon and Etsy).
Simply put, we cannot guarantee that the product hasn’t been altered or tampered with by a previous party if the product has been purchased second hand.
It is recommended to buy from us directly.
